In de ontvangen correspondentie stond geen link om de audio te downloaden, de rondleiding was laat en er was helemaal geen gids, alleen een sightseeing. De rondleiding was erg goed. Het zou geweldig zijn om te vermelden dat er geen AC is aan boord van het schip.

De vriendelijkheid van het team buiten de veerboot die goed en duidelijk uitlegde hoe je het ticket moest gebruiken. Wat ik niet leuk vond: slechte schoonmaak van de veerboot, walgelijke badkamer niet schoon en misselijkmakend in zijn stank voor de bezoekers op het schip, onvermogen en moeite om de audiogids te gebruiken (ik betaalde meer en ik kon niet begrijpen hoe het te gebruiken en ervan te genieten en zonder enige communicatie over hoe het te doen). Vertrektijd niet gerespecteerd in vergelijking met wat te zien was op de boekingssite (er stond op 13:00 uur terwijl de tour om 14:00 uur begon).

Privébootcruise was een geweldig idee voor een gezinsactiviteit - we hebben echt genoten van onze tijd op het water, prachtig uitzicht op de Bosporus en de bemanning van de boot was geweldig. Twee minpunten: 1) We wisten de opstapplaats niet tot de boeking - er is geen optie om het te zien totdat je boekt en betaalt. In ons geval bleek het bijna een uur rijden met de taxi. Als ik dat van tevoren had geweten, had ik misschien een andere aanbieder gekozen. 2) De boekingsbevestiging bevatte geen contactgegevens van de kapitein van de boot en het kostte ons 10 minuten angstig zoeken en praten met andere booteigenaren om onze boot te vinden. Uiteindelijk is alles goed gekomen, maar het zou fijn zijn om dit in de toekomst te vermijden.

EVERYTHING, they were very punctual, as offered, the boat in excellent condition, the kindness of the crew and especially the guide, although it was not in Spanish, the guide knew Spanish and that helped us a lot. We were delighted with the tour.

This cruise was fantastic because our tour guide was so good in explaining then history behind the Bosphorous Strait. On top of it, we caught the best sunset we have ever seen! Sunset with Bosphorous Bridge in front of us and without any commercial ships in view!

Easy booking. The best is the ratio quality/price. The audio guide is difficult to use, but the astonishing views of the bridges, mosques and palaces are really worthy. The biat is safe and fast. You can choose between the indoor option with coffe-shop (the milk with cinnamon is abolutely recommendable) and the top terrace (a bit cold in winter but fantastic to take photos. The trip is exactly as described. Don't miss it.

Beautiful cruise that skirts first the European side and then the Asian side. Great way to give you a sense of the vastness and diversity of the city. Audio guide helpful but got stuck often, too bad because very useful.
Recommended at sunset!
Definitely recommended! Done in December, you have to cover up.

Despite a caotic start ( we were a big group and had to run over the streets to follow the guide), the rest was very good, it was a good relation quality/prize. We could see the european and asian coast for two h, seing the sunset and listening to music. Nice pictures.

The trip itself was good. However, experience around the meeting point didn't feel professional. A random guy just came up and said he was our guide. Felt very suspicious but he took us to the actual guide who was running late. Just made everyone feel a little unsure.
