Tour was simply awesome! Guide is very knowledgeable and the yacht is fantastic and very comfortable ❤️
small size of the boat and detail paid to experience including food and music. loved the side adventure to ice cream on the east side.
Did our sunset cruise on 9th evening . I highly recommend this tour which has a good yacht, great seating , a good professional guide on board and not to mention the snacks . Evening well spent seeing Istanbul from the Bosphorus
EVERYTHING, they were very punctual, as offered, the boat in excellent condition, the kindness of the crew and especially the guide, although it was not in Spanish, the guide knew Spanish and that helped us a lot. We were delighted with the tour.

We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the boat, quality of the service and entertaining guide.
Our narrator was fantastic and the snacks were great!
Beautiful views and very attentive crew.
The cruise was out late, and then we had to come back after departure to pick up late guestes. Totally unprofessional and desrespectful to the costumers who were on time. The pilot was extremely unpolite and spend the most time of the trip on his cellphone, super dangerous. Also, the boat was very slow, super unecessary since the Bosphorus has so much attractions to show, and they didn't go to the asian part. Not a good experience, not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend to others
We booked the tour for 4pm. At 4pm a guide from a different company told us, the tour will start at 6pm. There was no information about the postponement or delay. Since we were only 6 there, I assume it simply wasn't financially attractive for them to send the boat. So they joined us with the group at 6 - total of 16 people which is over the "private yacht for up to 10 people" stated in the tour description. The guide has only very basic English. The cruise (Bosphorus itself) was trest, alebo the refreshments.
It was really meh
This cruise was fantastic because our tour guide was so good in explaining then history behind the Bosphorous Strait. On top of it, we caught the best sunset we have ever seen! Sunset with Bosphorous Bridge in front of us and without any commercial ships in view!
Well managed, awesome knowledgeable guide and a good decent sized yatch. No complaints whatsoever 👍🏽😀
We purchased a tour for a boat with a maximum of 10 people and was supposed to be 2 hours. We were quite upset when we were put on a boat with 40 with a tour for only 1 hour. However the guide tried hard to make us comfortable (after all is wasn't his fault) and we had a nice spot with a good view. They gave us fresh fruit and tea and the captain had a pug onboard that he let me love on for a bit. It was a nice little ride. Overall we would have preferred what we booked but that's not the fault of the guides or captain working. Either the booking information needs to be updated or better communication needs to be had with on ground staff about booking specifics.
The staff was really nice and the guide absolutely funny. We felt very welcomed and hat a lovely time on the Bosporus. Would recommend anytime.

The food was terrible, the boat was very nice!
The scenic views and information was terrific, especially seeing the Black Sea. I especially enjoyed taking a dip in a cove near the sea! What made the excursion great was Furkan, the host. He reassured all patrons and was very kind and helpful.
Easy and very pleasant experience

Private boat cruise was a great idea for the family activity - we really enjoyed our time on the water, beatiful views of the Bosphorus and the boat crew were wonderful. Two downsides: 1) we didnt know the boarding point until the booking - there is no option to see it until you book and pay. In our case it turned out almost an hour away by taxi. If i has known that in advance i might have chosen a different provider. 2) the booking confirmation did not contain contact of the boat captain and it took us 10 minutes of anxious searching and talking to other boat owners to find our boat. It all worked out fine in the end but it would be great to avoid this in the future
We were charged Tl 1800 for drinks by the guide This was was included in the original price! How do i get this paid back to me?
The guys who managed the private cruise were just awesome. They answered all the questions from the get go and took care of snacks/soft drinks/tea/coffee from the very beginning. Loved their warmth towards us. Highly recommended!

The tour to the Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque and Bascillica Cistern were great. The Bosphorus ferry was a total mess.very disorganized and way too much walking. Why can't you limit the size of the group. The tour guide couldnt control such a large group. No one could hear him. No one knew they had to go to the online desk to get a cruise ticket. People were just running wildly to try to keep up with him. Very unruly. That's the reason we gave an average rating.
The 3 guides for Topkapi, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosque, Sunken Palace were excellent: there was helpful information and comments that are not in the guidebook and they were very helpful!
