There was no link to download audiouide in any correspondence receoived, the tour was late and there was no guide at all, just a site seing. The sightseen through was very good. Would be great to mention that there is no AC on board the ship.
Thank you for this very nice old cruise, good experience recommending to everyone preferably to buy the ticket before starting from Mord it's cheaper.

An hour and a half cruise at sunset and where you go along the Bosphorus. I loved it because it is not long and some explanations were heard over the loudspeaker in English.

Top excursion Perfect timing and breathtaking views

You saw many landmarks in just 1,5 hours, perfect weather, easy to find, good price for the 1,5 hours experience!
No audioguide was offered.

It was nice and very pretty but the boat was ho-hum. Bench seating was fine but no open standing area was missed.
The boat cruise was the perfect length of time. It was raining but it was still good!
Good to see these places like Bebek and the Asian side of the city
We really enjoyed our trip thanks to headout for making it easier
Views and colours around the water.
Access to the ride was difficult to find

Very nice boat tour on the Bosphorus! We did a Bosphorus tour during the day and loved it. The boat was clean and comfortable, the crew very friendly. The view of the palaces, bridges and the city from the water was impressive. Everything was well organized and relaxed - a great way to experience Istanbul from a new perspective. Highly recommended!

It was a great ending to our tour in Istanbul. A relaxing and information filled trip up and down the Bosphorus. The crew was great and the guide was entertaining and full of facts. It was easy to book and easy to find at the end of the line in the tram.
small size of the boat and detail paid to experience including food and music. loved the side adventure to ice cream on the east side.
Boat was very comfortable and guide was informative with a good sense of humour
We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the boat, quality of the service and entertaining guide.
Our narrator was fantastic and the snacks were great!
Tour was simply awesome! Guide is very knowledgeable and the yacht is fantastic and very comfortable ❤️
Beautiful views and very attentive crew.
Very good. The tour guide was great and the service was great too
Well managed, awesome knowledgeable guide and a good decent sized yatch. No complaints whatsoever 👍🏽😀
It was a great cruise. The only reason I didn't rate it awesome was because the weather was very cold. We got to see lots of beautiful buildings at the rivers edge. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting information. We received nice snacks, tea and coffee and all in all it was a great outing.
Friendly staff. We had a guide who spoke very good English and knew his way around.

Trip was good but there was a delay in emailing ticket to me.boat trip was 1.40 and ticket was only emailed at 2.20.it was the efficiency of the staff at the jetty which helped us at boarding
The boat ride was such a peaceful start to the day, with amazing views of Istanbul from the sea. We visited both Heybeliada and Buyukada each had its own charm. Our guide was informative and friendly, making everything smooth. The lunch at the island restaurant was delicious, and I appreciated the hassle-free hotel pickup and drop-off.
transportation on time and everything as described

The place indicated in the information sheet is not the same as the place indicated on the ticket afterwards. As a result, I only managed to take the outward boat and the return boat.
View original review in French
The outward journey went very well, the boat was fast and new, it was magnificent, but the return journey was very old, the seats were faulty and the springs were coming out, and it was very long.

The QR code hadn't arrived even the day before, so I called to confirm and was told that it would be sent within 20 minutes, and we were able to successfully obtain the QR code. We arrived at Dolmabahce Palace at 9am, and it wasn't very crowded yet, so we didn't really benefit from the skip-the-line ticket (the security gate wasn't very crowded at that time, but there were huge people lining up around 12:30 when we were leaving). The Bosphorus cruise was properly announced in advance, so we were able to easily find the boarding point, and we were fortunatelely able to board it in just before the cruise departed, so we were able to enjoy the cruise without waiting.
Our guide Brushca was knowledgeable and good hundred and waited for us when we were late!
Tha palace was awesome! We spent a lot of time there Also there was many places to visit. We also enjoyed the cruise.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience in 3 main attractions, Hagia Sophia / Topkapi Palace / Basilica Cistern!
It was a very nice experience and the information in the audio guide was great! Tip: download it before you go in as there is no network downstairs and bring your own headphones.

The place is breathtaking...you can't imagine what you are about to see and, of course, pictures of the place are not the same as seeing the cistern live and direct. It is an exciting, moving place, so full of history. A not very long visit that allows you to be in the historic district of Istanbul with the Hagia Sophia and Sultanhamet mosques and the Topkapi Palace, as neighbors. In addition, a cool place that helps to coexist with the heat of the city. It has a good back-up auditory.

Thr queue was way to long so booking online was great. We did have help to do the online booking by one of the ladies working there. The cistern was amazing. The history of Istanbul is one to behold. Loved it

Magnificent site, spellbinding story!

The lines were extensive to enter the Basilica Cistern , so having the beat the line pass was essential
It was really easy to get in, no queues and no problems.

Very easy to access, beautiful historic building amongst a busy city, highly recommend visiting
Very nice tours, very interesting unfortunately the internet connection inside the palace is too weak for the audio guide to be practical and work without interruption.

Very good option to visit in the heat. Excellent audio tour Cistern Basilica definitely awesome.... 💯 recommended
View original review in Spanish
The entrance to St. Sophia they made us keep the whole queue when we could have entered directly. The other two were great. The meeting point was easy to find and quick to give entrance. The cistern, direct entry. Fabulous
View original review in Spanish
Skip the line, perfect. The magical place, but the information provided by the audio guide should be implemented and more detailed.
View original review in Italian
Interesting places maybe a little too expensive the cist of the entrance to the cistern basilica, it should be better explained how to use the audio guide.. inside the cistern basilica I could not use it.
View original review in Italian
Unbelievable site. Something you can't find anywhere else in the world. The lighting makes it even for special Online ticket line is great to enter quickly
Haghia sofia is bot worthed 36 euro, just to see inside, which again is not spectacular Basilica is good, unique, but also not worthed 33 euro
Well, when I bought online everything went very fast, I went in without queuing because there were many people waiting and I could enjoy the audio guide. The place is very worthwhile.

It was quick and easy to find the meeting point for the Topkapi Palace and Harem. I got to Hagia Sophia and the Cistern quickly. It was great!
View original review in Portuguese
Obtaining the ticket at the meeting point went smoothly and the guide was clear and helpful. He took us to the entrance of the harem and then left us free. he also explained the order in which we should go around. the whole visit and to see all took about 4 hours including taking pictures and listening to the audioguide. couldn't do all the sound clips because at the end the cell phone was almost flat.

In general I liked the visit to the Basilica Cistern. What I didn't like was that I had to listen to my cell phone (the audible guide). Although the guy was kind enough to set up the app for us, it was uncomfortable since I didn't have headphones.
View original review in Spanish
The Basilica Sistern is a fascinating look at an architectural feat/water, filtration system. Advanced ticket purchase and skip line enabled me to walk in when it first opened and there were a few people about so I was really able to take my time and enjoy the sites.
Cistern basilica was worth it but the Hagia Sophia Mosque was not. Sloppy. I know it has nothing to do with those selling tickets but I would not recommend this experience. Only the cistern.
View original review in Spanish
The lines at haghia sofia were very long (there was no skipping of lines). Also the audio guides are difficult to navigate and are not in sybch with the panels in the rooms. It would be helpful to have better signage on sites
